And isn't this the same apostate who wishes Muslims a Happy Ramadan? And who congratulates an Anglican heretic? And who allows himself to be subjected to the incantations of shamans? All while brazenly presenting himself as the pope of all false religions—and, moreover, demanding to be recognized as Pope.
Every night I give a Latin blessing to the housekeeper. As soon as I begin the blessing, my dog wakes up from sleep and follows me to my sleeping quarters.
The Scoppio del Carro, Explosion of the Cart, is one of the most amazing Easter Sunday traditions At the Duomo in Florence, a makeshift dove is launched from the church to a cart outside with a pyrotechnic display This tradition stems from the First Crusade, when a Florentine named Pazzino de' Pazzi was one of the first to scale the walls of Jerusalem, being rewarded with flints from the Holy Sepulchre which he then returned with and used for the Easter fire
Yes, you will continue to bomb schools, universities, hospitals, science centers, libraries, and truck drivers, shopping centers and towns and villages. Poisoning their water. Killing many innocent children and people. We know. Just like you and Israel did to Gaza! What goes around comes around. This man given to America as punishment for our sins. He is a disaster to the world. And he is going to bring all of us all down with him. But, it is GOD'S Will that he does this. So be it.

The Passion of the Christ movie. WCBOhio on Nov 14, 2015 This is an old episode of What Catholics Believe from 2004. It was recorded shortly after the release of Mel Gibson's film, "The Passion of the Christ". Due to poor picture quality the program was never shown. Hoping there may still be some interest in the discussion however, it was decided to salvage the footage by converting it to black and white and make the best of what was there. The audio is still quite good. The host was James Urling, a Cincinnati area attorney. At the time, What Catholics Believe was broadcast on Time-Warner cable, hence the running time to fit inside a half-hour slot (this is true of all the older series of shows). Also like all the older shows, this one too is small in format. This is due to the deprecated analog NTSC broadcast standards that were used at the time.
Many dioceses across Europe, North America, and Asia have seen significant increases in Catholic baptisms and conversions this Easter. The strange thing is that anti-Catholic media including New York Times, Washington Post or CNN advertised this trend. The most significant increase was reported in France, where 21,386 catechumens were baptized during the Easter Vigil. The total included more than 13,000 adults and over 8,000 adolescents, marking the highest figure ever recorded in the country. Outside Europe, large numbers were also reported in parts of Asia. In Hong Kong, approximately 2,500 catechumens were baptized, while Singapore reported 1,089 catechumens entering the Church. In North America, several major dioceses published substantial baptism figures. The Archdiocese of Toronto reported 1,584 catechumens, while Vancouver recorded around 650 catechumens. In the United States, diocesan figures included approximately 900 catechumens in Richmond (Virginia), more than 680 in …Mwy
Fourth Day: Today bring to Me The PAGANS AND THOSE WHO DO NOT YET KNOW ME. I was thinking also of them during My bitter Passion, and their future zeal comforted My Heart. Immerse them in the ocean of My mercy. Most compassionate Jesus, You are the Light of the whole world. Receive into the abode of Your Most Compassionate Heart the souls of those who do not believe in God and of those who as yet do not know You. Let the rays of Your grace enlighten them that they, too, together with us, may extol Your wonderful mercy; and do not let them escape from the abode which is Your Most Compassionate Heart. Eternal Father, turn Your merciful gaze upon the souls of those who do not believe in You, and of those who as yet do not know You, but who are enclosed in the Most Compassionate Heart of Jesus. Draw them to the light of the Gospel. These souls do not know what great happiness it is to love You. Grant that they, too, may extol the generosity of Your mercy for endless ages. Amen.

Keir Starmer and his lacklustre team of ministers are super keen for us to realise that, thanks to their brilliant energy policies (as they’d have it), the annual household fuel bill has fallen by £117 this month to an average of £1,641. In fact, it’s down only because the Government has switched some of the costs of its net-zero zealotry from our fuel bills to general taxation. We’re still paying for it, just in other ways. And it’s only worth £10 a month, which is hardly a king’s ransom. But enjoy it while you can – which is not for long. For what ministers skip over (surprise, surprise) is that come July 1, fuel bills will rise again, by around £300, taking average annual household energy bills to almost £2,000. Unless there’s a speedy end to Trump’s War against Iran, there’ll be even steeper rises in the autumn and beyond. Before then, the average British householder and taxpayer will be hit by a tsunami of rising charges, many of them landing with a thump this month, which …
Following government directives, public Easter services in Dubai have been cancelled since Good Friday. The regime's excuse is that tensions in the Middle East are escalating. Dubai has two Catholic parishes - Saint Mary's and Saint Francis of Assisi in Jebel Ali. Both have confirmed the closures on their websites and will remain closed "until further notice". Saint Mary’s Church is one of the largest Catholic parishes in the world, with around 30,000 members, many of whom are Filipino workers. On Good Friday, many Catholics who had not been informed of the closure were seen praying outside on the pavement instead. Easter liturgies were only being streamed online. Bishop Paolo Martinelli, Apostolic Vicar of Southern Arabia, acknowledged worshippers' disappointment at missing Holy Week celebrations. #newsAfvbsxvwah

"Willingly will I profit by your Eminence's /Cardinal Richelieu/ goodness," replied the priest : " may I beg of your Grace to order new planks to be placed in the cart in which the prisoners are conducted to the place of execution, so that their attention may not be distracted from the love of God, and pre paring to meet Him, by the fear of falling through the cart… "
[Collin de Plancy – XVIII-XIX Century AD; Demonologist – Converted to the Catholic Faith] “Chapter 5 ~ ‘The Poor Priest’ ~ ‘Mother of Christ’ THIS is no embellished legend, but a simple anecdote of unquestionable veracity ; and it claims a page in this collection, although doubtless known to many of our readers. Its subject is a prayer—the Memorare—dear to every Catholic heart, from the pen of that great servant of Mary, St. Bernard. In the days of Louis XIII., a courtier, freeing himself from the busy life of the world, its follies and its pleasures, had the happiness, moved by God's grace, to embrace the solid, pure, and calm life of the service of God. He was of a noble family, and he quitted the splendours of wealth to live in the straits of poverty. At the commencement of his new career, a great temptation surprised him, in the shape of one of those enticements which the world so alluringly throws out to entrap those it is on the point of losing ; instead of vainly braving the …Mwy
