The Diocese of Providence in Rhode Island is holding a series of “Listening Sessions” for homosexuals and their friends at four parishes. According to the diocesan website, Bishop Bruce Lewandowski, 59, is presiding at each gathering, which includes the celebration of the Eucharist, small-group sharing, and a community dinner. The diocesan announcement opens with Pope Francis' notorious words, “Todos, Todos, Todos” (“Everyone, Everyone, Everyone”). LepantoIn.org asked the diocese whether confession would be available and whether participants would be invited to repentance and conversion in accordance with Catholic teaching. If the 'bishop' in question thinks he's responsible for the "care of souls" of all groups in his diocese does he warn them of the consequences of SIN? The Catholic Church has no need what so ever of reconciling herself with her past. If she did she would not be Catholic by definition. If the church is in a state of unreconciliation she is estranged. Pope Benedict knew this. For this reason he issued the Summorum pontificum freeing up the Mass. He gave it three years. Having received feedback on its implementation he issued a set of clarifications and gave it another 3 years. Our Lord has provided us with a parable that appears to describe Benedict’s action. Archbishop José Armando Álvarez Cano, 66, of Morelia, Mexico, recently received the homosexual group Otro Rebaño, reports Oem.com.mx on June 16. Poland's Constitutional Tribunal has ruled that homosex “marriages” performed abroad cannot be entered into the country's civil registry. Doing so would violate Article 18 of the Polish Constitution, which defines marriage as a union between a man and a woman. The July 28 ruling comes after a series of conflicting legal decisions. In November 2025, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) held that Poland must recognize homosex marriages performed in other EU member states where necessary to protect EU free movement rights. In March, Poland's Supreme Administrative Court applied that judgment, and the government began preparing regulations to implement it. The Constitutional Tribunal has now reached the opposite conclusion, holding that foreign marriage certificates may only be transcribed if they meet the constitutional definition of marriage.
